With over a decade of experience in childcare and early learning field, I play a key role in supporting daily operations and maintaining a high standard of care for children and families. I am known for my thoughtful leadership, strong organizational skills, and warm personal approach when working with clients and staff. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing and real structured environment that supports both children's development and family engagement. Outside of my professional role, I am a proud wife and mother of three children and enjoy spending quality time with my family.
