I am the Founder and Executive Director of Greater Expectation Learning Center, bringing over 30 years of experience in early childhood education and childcare. I received a Child Development Associate credential in 2007 and completed the Developing Early Childhood Leaders program in 2014, which provided specialized training in Programming leadership, staff development, family and community engagement, and quality improvement. I also earned an associate degree with Anna's completed in 2011 and a bachelor's degree with honors in early childhood education, and in 2019. These academic achievements combined with decades of hands-on experience, inform my approach to leadership program development, and childcentered care. I am deeply passionate about children, families and dedicated to creating learning environments that support children's social, emotional and cognitive development. I strive to provide a nurturing, inclusive space where children feel valued, confident, and inspired to learn.
